What the enquiry form collects
When you send an enquiry, we receive only what you type into the form:
- your name
- your email address and/or phone number
- the dog or litter you are asking about and the type of home you are looking for
- your message
How it is used
Your information is used only to reply to your enquiry and continue that conversation. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties.
We do not send marketing emails. If we ever offer updates such as litter announcements, you will only receive them if you clearly opt in. Consent boxes are never pre-ticked.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can pick up a conversation about a future litter, and are then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Your copy, corrections and deletion
To request a copy of the information you have sent us, a correction, or its deletion, email ltafchis@gmail.com or call (201) 803-9772. We will respond within 30 days.
Payments
No payment information is collected on this website.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without tracking cookies. Analytics or other non-essential cookies are only set if you give your consent, and no third-party trackers run before that.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
